I wish there were a specific area regarding tech issues such as shipping updates, etc.;however, through a series of unfortunate mishaps…the package miraculously arrived via FEDEX, although the shipping information was incredibly misleading. I think it may have been overnighted to me and arrived other than USPS as originally indicated. I think this speaks volumes about the company’s intentions as a whole…and so, regardless of other reviews…you may want to consider this in light of any negative ones. The necklace is gorgeous, and definitely gold jewelry…I love seeing my name this way and you will too!

Where do I begin? First of all, they accepted the use of a special character when others I consulted said no. Then, I asked several questions and they always replied and were very kind and patient. The necklate arrived sooner than expected which is always a plus considering they’re shipping from China. The only thing I’d say as constructive criticism is that the chain itself needs to be a bit thicker to prevent fears of it easily breaking. I wear it every day and I like showing it off ❤️
