Really bad product, very dangerous for rider.The power control handle cannot be reset, which has caused physical injury. I have purchased the product for just over a month, but I can't find the relevant solution here.

Truly a great little bike and great deal as well$$I am very satisfied with the way it arrived a day early and it was put together within 15 minutes of taking it out of the packaging. I got the black on flat black style and the little bit bigger motor. It gets 25 miles to a charge and cruises at 22 mph. I love the phone charger too and the free cable lock. I am extremely happy and appreciative for the well built and design of this little ebike. It gets me where I need to go, through out my day, and have little to almost no worries about running out of juice. Rock on!

After a few weeks ride this electric bike I ready like it. I was a little scary at first time use it because the speed is fast. It is very convenient tool for the daily transportation use. The battery is durable and removable. This bike is foldable but little heavier for women to carry but save space for storage. The installation is very simple put all the accessories in the right place. The turn on power take me sometime to figure out, it need 2 keys together turn on to start the engine( handle and battery part both need turn on). So far I have no issues to use it.

Really fun to ride but, unlike larger Ebike manufacturers, they do not offer replacement batteries. There is a certain number of cycles that you can recharge these batteries. When you reach that number and you can't find a replacement, what do you do with the bike? Does this make the bike basically "disposable" and ending up in our landfills?? Here is the response I got from Werhy to this question: "You can search on Amazon, generally they are universal, just pay attention to the parameters and interfaces" Good luck finding one with the correct dimensions and connection points.

I really liked this product when I first started using it. For the first week, it was smooth, easy to use, and exactly what I expected. However, after that, I started hearing strange, loud sounds coming from the rear wheel. The noise is so intense and annoying that it's almost impossible to ignore.What’s even more frustrating is the return process. The item is heavy and the repacking process is a hassle, making it much harder to deal with. I’m pretty disappointed with this purchase, especially because the initial experience was great, but now I’m stuck with a faulty product and no easy way to return it.Would have been a 4-star review if it hadn’t been for the noise issue and the inconvenience of returning it.
