We installed this in our new shop/home building a few weeks ago and are amazed with the look, quietness, air movement and no wobbling at any speed! Nice remote control with 6 speed adjustments in either direction and run time duration settings. As a retired HVAC contractor, I’ve dealt with many fans over the years and have to say this is a great fan with a really nice fit and finish for a fraction of the cost of similar large commercial type ceiling fans. Highly recommend at this point, reliability, durability to be determined with time.

Great fan, especially for the price!!Installed in my shop. Fairly easy installation. I installed myself; would have been easier with 2 people.On the highest level, you can not hear it at all and moves a TON of air. No wobble. Couldn’t be happier!

Installed the fan, pretty easy and worked great. Quiet and moved plenty of air. After about 6 uses for maybe a total of 12 hours it started making a grinding sound as if the bearings are going out. The motor housing is hot to the touch! This thing is a fire hazard and a waste of money! Customer service from the manufacturer is also no help. They will not reply to my emails. Hopefully Amazon makes it right.

Exactly what I was looking for/ needed for my back patio. The fan is quiet and moves a good amount of air. Great quality. The instruction manual states the seller will respond to questions/ issues within 12 hours and they do. The fan I received had a bad controller. I sent them a video of the issue and had a new controller on the way within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had to rent a one man lift to install the fan on a 25’ ceiling. I only had the lift for one day. To replace the controller, I would have to rent the lift again at $250 a day. I relayed my disappointment to the seller and they did issue a partial refund for my inconvenience. I feel that was more than fair. All in all we are very happy with this purchase and even more impressed with the way their customer service handled the problem.

I expected more of a down draft. I would have preferred the pitch to be steeper than it is so it could feel a bit more like a storm in my home and not a gentle breeze at 6.But I do notice it definitely moves air in my 595sqft living room with 14ft vaulted ceiling so that’s a plus just wish the down force was more powerful.

Nice quality, better price than some others of the 96" variety ( bought when amazon had a $70 off coupon). Also like that this one lists UL rating and also outdoor use even though I am using it inside for a garage. No idea on longevity but the company also lists a 3 year warranty.Very happy for the price, I wanted a "Big Ass Fan" brand, but after checking the price on one I was shocked -over $3000 for the similar 96" blue tooth brushed aluminum MK16 model.Almost an Order of magnitude price difference saved- for a quiet, great performing nice looking 96" fan.

I bought this for my newly built screen porch. It is the perfect match. It installed very easy and is super quiet. Would 100% buy this one again

For what it is, it is acceptable. I would like more wind movement, but again for what it is and at this price point, it is acceptable. If you think you will get BA fan performance out of this however, you will be disappointed. Instructions are challenging. The average person who is not a trained electrician or engineer would most likely struggle. Remote control works fairly well but it is difficult sometimes to make basic changes such as fan direction. It did pair instantly with the controller, which is a plus. But again, for what it is and at this price point, it is acceptable. UPDATE: one of these that I bought now makes a clunking sound when it first starts. It is rather loud and ominous. It also will not run as fast as the others. I do not have a lot of confidence it will last.
