Upon receiving the bench, I expected there to be much more work to assemble however the process took literally minutes. There are two pins that must be secured in place as well as the ankle support making for a foolproof set-up for even those without a handy bone in their body.When using the bench, it is very easy to adjust the angles of the bench for differ exercises and the bench even has the specific angles stenciled out so there is no confusion. The padding is comfortable yet firm giving me the belief that the padding will not tear easily and will last. The bench is stable and does not rock or shift while performing heavy sets.As a bonus, the bench does come with a set of bands that can connect to the bench near the feet and head for those that are beginners or do not need much resistance. I did attempt to use the bands, but they do not come close to giving me the resistance needed for any of my workouts. I am a 200-pound male that has been weightlifting, personal training and coaching for almost 20 years. I wish the product came with different leveled bands that would benefit those with my strength and skillset. However, if you are not looking for much resistance, then the bands will give you some variety in training and will allow you to train without weights.I love that the bench is foldable and can be easily stored without taking up much space at all. This feature makes it idea for closet storage, on the go or just up against the wall.I really like this at home bench’s value for the price.

I live in a small apartment and wanted a more cost-effective and convenient option than a gym membership. This cost less than 2 months at my local gym. This bench is a great product, especially at the price point. Its very easy to put together - just two pins to insert after unfolding. It folds back down small enough to fit easily under my bed or behind my bedroom door. There was a free exercise poster included too. It feels very sturdy to me, even when I use it on carpet. I'm not a huge person though: ~175 lbs and 5'5". Would definitely recommend!

I really am liking this weight bench. I hesitated a long time getting one because I didn't want something that is hard to move around or is a hulking monstrosity since I don't have a dedicated exercise area. This fits the bill. It is small but still large enough for my husband to use as well. It is easy to adjust the back position and is solid and it folds up when you are done. I gave it a 4 because mine actually came a little crooked. If you look closely at the pictures, you will notice it is welded a little off. I am using it anyway because the thought of trying to repack it to send it back sounded like a lot more trouble. I also have noticed that using it on carpet makes it just slightly wobbly side to side, but I have never felt as though it would tip and I have used it for weight lifting as well as sit ups, crunches and leg lifts with no issues. I think this is the perfect fit for those that aren't heavy weight lifting users and need something that will work in multi-use spaces. I am pleased.

Assembled in minutes! Only a few parts to clip on, and has several holes for different angle options. It's sturdy and compact – perfect size for what I needed in a smaller workout space. Quality material as well, and the resistance bands are a nice add.

Great workout bench. Was already assembled when it got here, all you have to do is adjust the pins where you want them.Has different sitting positions. Very well made. Bench is quite sturdy and well made compared to the one old.hubby had.. Came with resistance bands and workout poster. Both the hubby and I use it. User friendly. Not to heavy, light weight, easily moved by one person. Husband likes to workout outside and me inside. Great for the price. Have the exercise ball from them as we'll.Will definitely continue to again from them.

This bench is perfect! Light weight , easy to maneuver, and very sturdy. I am 5' 4" and I am able to put my feet flat on the ground while bench pressing, which makes it very comfortable. There are 5 levels of incline that allows exercise versatility and the decline option is great. I would definitely purchase this bench all over again.

This bench was the perfect addition to my workout routine, especially since I was using a step with risers for as long as I can remember. Doing so worked in some instances, but I was pretty limited in a lot of areas. So, I was super happy when this little piece of equipment showed up at my front door.I’ll start by saying that the bench itself is pretty compact. It came folded in half and was super easy to transport down to my basement (which is pretty messy - sorry!). It came with 3 small pieces to assemble (a knob and two pins), and a set of resistance bands to clip on. I also received a really nice print-out with exercises. Very helpful to have if you’re just starting out or are lacking ideas.To piggyback off that - If you’re new to exercise - you’ll appreciate the band attachments. While they are probably pretty light to those of us who have been exercising for quite some time, they’ll come in clutch for others. My suggestion would be for Spoxfit to offer multiple bands with varying resistance, either as an additional purchase or with future iterations of the bench.You’ll also notice multiple options for adjusting the unit, perfect for an incline or to have full upright back support. You’re able to hit your muscles from all angles this way and will be shredded before you know it.All in all, I think this is a really nice bench (good materials, adequate padding, decent stitching minus some slight fraying on the ankle pads ) and I’m enjoying it a lot.
