Perfect! No issues
Purchased as a replacement/Christmas gift for my teenager. He has loved it, great specs, no issues and super fast delivery. We’ve had zero problems with 3months of daily use.

Does the Job!
Such a useful little laptop. The only reason why I reduced this to four stars is because it requires a green screen for Zoom calls. I have tried to pair it with a different camera, but it is still the same. If you need a laptop that can create backgrounds automatically, without the use of a green screen, you may want to try another one. I work from home, so this is a major tool I use. Aside from that, it does the job.

Love this product I was waiting for all day. I love the weight and the plain out style looks like carbon great quality easy to open and use. Great value for Black Friday! One thing though you could have given this a backlit keyboard with no problems. Other then that what a great laptop.

Short battery life
the computer is great for what I need and compare to the one I had this one is a huge upgrade.the only downside is the the battery last 2.5 to 3 hour and that is very annoying, so basically you have to keep it plugged all the time when watching a movie.

Probably my fault
I thought this had a touch screen, it doesn't. I thought this had a switch to turn off the camera, it doesn't. It's very slow loading anything. I am disappointed and am not sure I will keep it. Maybe I should have read the description better.

I love my lap top it is just what I wanted.

CPU @ 100% in one day. Slow and running hot.
Bought this laptop at Christmas this past year and finally got to switching over. Bought the one with extra memory etc. thought the “Ai” powered CPU would be advanced but it was not.With in a day the laptop was running SLOW and CPU was maxing out at 100% with almost nothing open.Big fat waste of $$$. Also feels cheaply made.

NOT for gaming
Nice little laptop if your going to use it for school/work. My son tried to use it for a few PC games and it really lagged!
