It looks even better in person. I’ve only had it up for 3 days and have already have received multiple compliments. I was worried about adjusting the rings from the ceiling but it’s actually adjusted at the ring level with easy push down cable clamps (it’s not able to be seen inside the rings). Very smart FYI. So you can easily style it however you’d like without having to remove the top piece or wires and then shorten the cables. Which is what I was expecting to do with this piece. Turns out it’s much easier than that. They even give you a glove to hold up the top part while mounting it so you don’t scuff the chrome. You will 100% need another person to hold the rings while you wire it up unless you rig a ladder stand. But you should always have a second person when wiring ceiling fixtures anyways. Final favorite about this light is that no matter which way you look at it you never get a blinding glare since the really nice glass tiles reflects it away from view. It’s bright enough to light the room but not too bright where it looks cheap. I hardly ever leave reviews but I am remodeling my house and this light just took my modern design to the next level and I couldn’t be happier!

Update: After writing my review, I received a message from the seller and received a full refund for my chandelier. This is probably the best unsolicited customer service I have ever received!We purchased this chandelier in March of 2021. Hired someone to install it. It is a stunning piece and we loved it! Now 8 months later, all of a sudden the light has dimmed significantly. It is no longer as bright as it was before. I assume that one of the 3 lights burned out or is no longer functioning but apparently you can't just simply change out the lightbulbs. So now we have a heavy chandelier that was professionally installed, mainly because of it's weight, which is now no longer fully functioning. I understand that there is a 3 year warranty but what would that entail? I hire someone to take it down and send it back and then hire someone to install a replacement? Very disappointing.

This light is so cool. Everyone who purchases the light can customize it the way they want it to be... The crystals really look stunning and it looks very expensive when it is turned on. I also needed to contact the seller about customizing the length to make it longer and they were very quick to answer provided a perfect solution in record time. Great Company will recommend to my friends and will purchase future lights from this company they have my highest rating. This light even includes 6 extra crystals in case any are broken in shipping (which none were) or in case of an accident while cleaning. Fantastic idea.

The media could not be loaded. This chandelier is stunning. I had it installed to my 9 foot ceilings. They are bright white. Creates an elegant look that captures your eyes when you enter the room. I find myself staring at it because it’s so mesmerizing. It looks expensive and it looks like it’s pretty good quality. I highly recommend this chandelier for a modern contemporary look.

Everyone that comes into my bedroom is awestruck by how gorgeous it is.Swarovski makes a similar one for several thousand dollars and honestly you can't even tell the difference.I had a professionally installed so I really don't know how easy or hard it is to install it. However I do know that you get a choice of how you want to have it put up. The strings can be short or long depending on the design you want.If you are thinking about getting this light GET IT!!!It's absolutely gorgeous and very well made.

We LOVED our chandelier for exactly 2 years when the light became dim. Very disappointed especially because our electrician had to purchase special scaffolding to install over out marble dining room table, he went through too much trouble and the installation cost us more than the chandelier itself.UPDATE: the seller came through on their warranty and send us a replacement driver. We had to hire an electrician to get new part installed. The chandelier is working now.

Beautiful, elegant and super easy to install, it takes 2 people though. Pretty heavy. It's a great value for your dollar comparing to other retailers. Super easy to adjust to desired height. The only complaint that I would have that it's not dimmable.

Ordered two of these and both turned out to be defective. As many other reviews here say the quality is lacking and it's only a matter of time before it stops working. I paid an electrician to come out and install the second one and he confirmed it was defective and not working. It does look stunning but I couldn't even get it powered on because of the poor quality control. I'm sure I could order two more and try to get them working but I have no faith it'll last past a year even if it does. Do yourself a favor and get a light made by a reputable brand that you won't have to swap out in a year or on arrival. I wouldn't pay $50 for another one.
