Loved my first (silver) band so much, decided to get a black one.1.) Removing links and putting back on, sizing this, is perfectly easy. This is the first time I've done this with a metal watch band, and it was simple. Included tool did fine, fits great, everything about it is perfect. Love the closure on this, far easier to get on and off than a traditional belt style band. Secure, functional, perfect.2.) The second one I got was OBVIOUSLY purchased then returned to Amazon by some idiot. Who left the links off, and did not include all of the pins that comes with it (missing spring pin to attach to the watch). I contacted the manufacturer via the email on the card included, and they responded the same day. I was just looking for a pin, or a coupon or something for a repair kit, and they offered to send me a completely new band. I declined, because this was CLEARLY not their fault; and I don't want them to have to pay for someone else's mistake. They replied again, insisting to help.This was all a wonderful interaction with the company, I cannot recommend them enough. The product is super top notch, which is the real reason to get this (and get this, I will continue as the collection grows), but I have to say, the customer service and attention received was absolutely superb. Thanks, fullmosa, for being great at what you do from start to finish.Not a paid review, I'm a normal schmuck who just really appreciates when people treat people like people.

I have small wrists and usually have issues with watchbands being too large. This one was no exception but that was easily corrected. It came with everything needed for me to remove links myself. I removed 2 links from one side of the clamp and 1 from the other side (3 links in total). I saved the instructions and unused hardware in case needed in the future. My watchband width is 18mm - make sure you are selecting the right width for your watch! Would definitely buy again.

Link removal tool was DOA! It took pliers to get it to turn, and then the turning knob screwed off.UPDATED Review:The watchband is perfect and just what I needed to replace my old band.I had a problem with the link removal tool which is necessary to properly size the watchband. It would be good if the seller either provided better quality control over the link removal tool insuring it actually works or provide a better quality tool that is less likely to have a problem. I would purchase this watchband againThe seller reached out to me and is willing to make things right which I appreciate. I already purchased an excellent link removal tool that let me properly size their watchband. And I'm now pleased with the watchband sized correctly for my wrist. I would purchase this one again if I needed another watchband. I also recommend this particular watchband as replacement knowing you can count on the seller to promptly offer assistance if it is needed.If it wasn't for the poor quality link removal tool, I would give this watchband 5 stars.

Needed to replace a watch band on a cheap watch that I purchased for casual wear. I found this and it was perfect. Looks a lot better than the original band too.

Incredible band, took just a few minutes to size and replace the strap on my Heimdallr Diver. Excellent fit and feel. I highly recommend the bracelet.

The watch band appears to be good quality and includes tolls to aid in adjustment. HOWEVER the thing just fell apart and dropped off of my wrist the first time I wore it. After this happened a second time, I compared and found that the quick release pins to attach the band to my watch are significantly shorter than the originals.My Luminox is supposed to use a 22mm band which is what I ordered, but there is a little slop where the band meets the watch and it looks like the band and the pin should have been 1 more mm in width.But as I said, the band looks nice so I managed to get the original Luminox pins back in place with the new band (which was REALLY difficult) and we'll see if that does the trick. Time will tell.
