Guests find it comfortable, sitting for hours
I have an apartment and no seating to offer my guests as I only have a recliner since getting rid of a loveseat that was falling apart. It’s been embarrassing when I have a guest to say that I have no additional seating. I decided to look for something simple and was looking at all kinds of chairs but reading the reviews, I didn’t find anything that I wanted to take a chance on. Until I came across this oversized camping chair. I felt it was worth the money and might end up being more comfortable than any of the “real”chairs I wasn’t willing to spend money on. This thing has been seating my guests for a couple of months (that is an estimate because I didn’t take note of when I bought it) and these guests tend to stay for hours. I have tested it out myself and found it to be very comfortable and I don’t think I would have found a real armchair that is as comfortable as the oversized camping chair. I am very pleased with it and it seems to be durable enough so far. I put it away in the storage bag after it’s done being used and it’s easy to do so, easy to take out and set it up again when I need it. I would buy it again.

Nice addition to the porch
It's compact so I can keep it in a corner and then use it when I want to sit outside. Nice and sturdy too, and the fabric is tight so it has a surprising amount of support for a foldable chair.

Very comfortable.
Would recommend.

Size of the chair
It is a nice chair, but it is too bulky for a lady to carry.

Great chair
Lightweight, very easy to open, close, and carry. Great size, very comfortable, stable. Very nice cup holder on each arm and another bag for holding things like a Kindle, book, snacks, iPad etc. Great buy for the price.

Large but light and sturdy camp chair!
My camp/patio chair was pretty much rusted through, so I just grabbed this one for the season. This is a FANTASTIC chair and now my go to camp/patio chair. I'll be bringing this to outdoor concerts this summer as well. The specs say 9.7 lbs but it feels lighter honestly. The chair is made from a padded nylon that is light but durable and the legs are a coated steel that should shed rain or other weather nicely. One of my favorite things about this chair is that each foot has a stake out point. You could actually stake this chair down and it would be the sturdiest camp chair you ever sat in! Its the sturdiest chair I've sat in without the stakes (not included with chair), but with the stakes you could pretty much ride out a hurricane. It comes in a good sized carry bag that you slide the chair right back into. You don't have to struggle with it. It also has storage at the right hand side if you wanted to slide some BBQ tools in there.I attached a picture of it with my biking pannier in the seat so you can get a sense of just how bit it is. And my grill next to it is a Weber Q3200! Yup, this is a really comfy chair!

Love these, wish they weren't $55
After a bunch of cheaper chairs, we decided to buy 'good chairs' at twice the price. Everything them is built stronger, and has TWO cup holders instead of just one. Wish they were like $40, but I suppose these may last a lifetime.

Sturdy, but not so comfortable
Too much time has passed since I detailed measurement issues so I can only be general about them. But first, the seat itself. Workmanship OK, but there are some long loose threads which concern me for unravel potential and so I haven't cut them. Also, because seat/back is not square and firm, it is difficult to sit upright comfortably. And what is not evident from the photos is the fact that the arms are not solid, but fabric. As for the measurements, I noted a discrepancy . I had some question about a measurement not given (depth of seat I think). I looked up info on manufacturer's site and as I recall could not find so I asked them for the data. NOTE: They were very responsive and helpful. However, I then noted some discrepancies between the two sites and again I don't remember all the details, but as I recall (as an example) the depth of the seat and the width of the seat are both inadvertently deceptive. Based on my recollection, the depth is measured along the outside of the frame and the actual seating depth is less especially when factoring in the fact that the seat/back "joint" is not squared, but curved.. Likewise the seat width is measured outside edge to outside edge, but the frame makes the real (seating) width less. I want to be clear that I do not think there was any intention to deceive (although I think there was one actual measurement error and although not certain, I think it was on the Amazon site, but rather that the "standards" for measuring provide sizes that relate to overall size and not to actual seat size. In addition, I wanted to know (or somehow got the info) the height of the seat from the ground and using that measurement the height of the back of the chair differed between the two sites (one given and one calculated) by about an inch. Two other things to note. First, although the chair is under 10 pounds, it can be wearisome carrying it for any distance, but my use my not be typical - I take it from my apartment to the building's park area - if used for camping and carried in a vehicle, this should not be an issue. The second relates to the fact that (although I have not tried it), I think it would take some effort to close it down tight enough to get into the carry case. I store it standing upright in a closet. PLEAS NOTE: As this was done from memory, there may be detail errors about the measurements, but the issues are valid.
