amazing stuff. i have premenstrual dysphoric disorder. and although I don't use this black cohosh regularly (the taste is not fantastic), i have been using it as needed. when i start to feel myself getting increasingly irritable, and i know it's the time of my cycle when i turn into a completely different, irate, irrational person, i mix one dropper full into a small amount of orange juice (about an ounce or two, because no matter how much juice, it still tastes like medicine, so I'd rather drink a smaller amount) and shortly after drinking it, i feel like myself again. it's not sedating or anything, it just allows me to collect myself, and gets rid of that rage/ frustration/ insanity feeling.

Black cohosh tincture taste is normal, and only slight stronger in flavor to Chaste tree tincture. I take only nine drops undiluted on a spoon as I know my system reacts strongly to normal doses so I always take less than recommended. Hoping it will rebalance my hormones. My period aka monthly cycle got super irregular. I'll update later my experience after a month.

I have read all the hype about this product, I'm not rating it on what it does just yet because I've only taken it 2x as of today. However the reviews say it taste awful, therefore I got ahead of the game and placed my full droplet into a little cranberry juice and I did not taste anything bad! Buttttt, as I'm drinking it, my cup was smelling like a campfire lol! I will update my review if I notice it's working or if it's not. Stay tuned! May 18, 2024: Update: so far I don't notice any difference with my hot flashes, I always get them on and off in the middle of the night and still having them so this isn't working for me unless I'm taking it wrong?

This item is non refundable . I put a dipper full in my mouth . Do not do this !!! It was so horrifying . It burned so bad and tasted so aweful I was concerned that it was eating a hole threw my esophagus. Maybe like a acid base ... you might as well drink paint thinner that’s how bad this stuff is ... I don’t even know if it worked it was so bad tasting . There’s no way I could put this in a drink and drink it ... it’s horrible ... is it mixed with rubbing alcohol? Who the heck knows . Don’t say you were warned ! I’m very honest . This is straight certified alcohol ! I felt it hit my brain fast . Pictures added . Don’t judge me that it works or not ... cause I really don’t know yet . I’m nervous to take the second dropper full .

so... i trust this brand of extracts as i have ordered many of their extracts for years. always a great value and i feel, high quality. im using this primarily for fugus under my and my husbands toe nails, as this is the same as snakeroot, which is what was recommended. so far so good... its going to take some time.... months maybe a year, but i use a couple drops daily on the 2 toenails that have the fungus under them and i have noticed some improvement. im OK with it taking time, i can handle it! LOL
