I purchased this product primarily for homeworking. I needed a Bluetooth headset which would easily pick up my voice so I could contribute effectively to meetings - I was fed up with being either tied to the laptop with my wired headset or colleagues not being able to hear me if I used my Bluetooth earphones which I got with my phone.I am not a super tech person, but I found these easy to use from the get go. I connected really easily, once switched on they were 'found' easily by the devise I was connecting to. I was easily able to connect my iPhone as well which is really useful. Some devices require you to disconnect from one device before using with another.The headset is easy to charge and has indicator lights to let you know progress. The headset comes with different sized earbuds (I think they're called) so you can pick on that fits your ear. It is comfortable to wear - forgot I had it in when I wasn't using it.I could hear through it perfectly clearly. People listening to me said I was very clear but sounded as if I was talking to them from the bath? I asked if this meant I was echoey but they said no it was just as though I was in the bathroom. Still don't fully understand what that means, but the bottom line is they could hear me clearly so that is my main and only concern.The battery life could be a bit disappointing. It didn't seem to last as much as is stated, however, can't be too sure because I did have it switched onto standby for a long time (possibly even overnight), so maybe that drained it mid conversation. It does have a warning message that lets you know that the headset needs charging so it doesn't just cut you off. I need to be more aware of when I am or am not using it and switching off, so it may well last as long as it says, and that I am misusing it.All in all I'm very happy with my headset. Colleagues can hear me, I can hear them, and it has a handy sturdy little carry case which is cute, and I'm not tied to my pc for long meetings without being able to get up and make a cuppa.

The product is very useful. It works well like any other blutooth-audio headset and the battery life is reasonable. Charging is really quick, too.I needed something that I could listen into conference calls with, and walk about doing little things for when the kids were at home, so this was perfect. The microphone does pick up a lot of surrounding noise, and compared to my wired USB headset, I wish the mic arm was a little longer to get close to my mouth.Apart from the small bugaboo, it still remains a good product offering great value for money considering the price of other products out there. The range is great. I've managed to be almost 10 metres away and two rooms away from my study and I could still hear clearly.

I am very pleased with this headset - it sits nicely on my ear, and feels secure in operation. The sound quality is very good for speech, although is a little lacking in bass when used to listen to music (which I do from time to time) - but that's not really the purpose of a headset like this, so I can't complain! The build quality seems very good, and the earpiece and mic boom can be independently adjusted to get a good fit. I had no problems pairing this with both my iPad and iPhone, and the headset seems to connect to both without difficulty or confusion. I can't really comment on battery life - the most I have stretched it is to use the headset in a gaming session lasting a couple of hours, which was fine (as you would expect), but I tend to put the headset back on charge when I'm not using it. Overall, very pleased - it does exactly what I wanted.

I think it would be a great product if I could use it without holding it to my ear. It keeps falling out of my ear 👂🏽. I could duct tape it but I’m not into painful waxing on my head. 🤔It comes with 3 rubber ear pieces I used the smallest one but I must have petite or midget ears it doesn’t matter how hard I try to position it, it doesn’t stay in place. I bought this product because I now find myself delivering college courses over the Internet and also phoning Student several times a day. I first started using the speaker system on the phone the phone the sound quality very poor. I then moved on to wired iPhone earphones with built in microphone but I found the wires a Nuisance when trying to use the keyboard on the computer at the same time. Was looking for a reasonably priced headset and this one fitted the bill the price I wanted to pay. However I’ve got to say that this product has more than exceeded my expectations. The headset is well-made, has a really good sound quality, and a long battery life for all their use. I found the voice of notification is out of range really useful as now I can wander around the house speaking to students as well as working close to the computer. I’ve never owned a heads up before there is never needed one but I can’t fault this product for the cost and the build quality. The microphone will even pick up a whisper Which I’ve tested using Google.I don’t listen to Music on headphones but is there only one earpiece I don’t think that’s the best option for this device. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product to anybody who is considering buying a headset to link to a computer or mobile.
