This was truly a savior for my back pain. Before this item, I struggled with back pain because I work from home and usually use a common chair. With this item, the common chair was transformed into a very comfortable and ergonomic chair. Also, it is cheaper than buying a "real" office chair.

It is comfortable and supportive and the back part stays in place. But the bottom portion doesn't. That makes it kinda dangerous. You go to sit down and you have to be extra careful that you don't slide off of your chair. Then it is always moving so you have to keep readjusting it to fit your needs. For me, the best fit is for it to be all the way to the front of the chair, so I am constantly pulling it forward. Other than that, it is comfortable when you have to sit all day working from home. But if you are like me, getting up to do laundry, the wood and work...it gets annoying.

I noticed the difference immediately! My back & neck were suffering from my relatively new desk chair. A friend had one of these and loved it so I got mine. Had it for around 2 weeks and it is very comfortable and my back hurts a lot less!

Purchased on October 16, 2024. While the cushions are comfortable, I found the design impractical for a standard chair. The back support is bulky, and when used together, it pushes your posture into a strange, slanted position — it doesn’t really make ergonomic sense.Since they didn’t work for my desk setup, I’ve repurposed both pieces for my car, where they actually feel much better.

TL;DR This product provided me immediate relief and for the price, I strongly recommend at least trying it out if you have back pain or sciatic pain while sitting in chairs.I've been struggling with bad back problems for the past two years since a car accident. Herniated discs, sciatica and other issues that haven't been completely diagnosed yet. I'm in my early 30's and never had back issues before so it hadn't occurred to me to buy products like this before. I spend a lot of my off-work hours sitting at a desk writing and playing games but for the last several months I've had to move my set up to use from bed because it hurt too much to sit up in my chair. After recovering from an injury, I attempt to sit back at my desk but the pain begins to increase again until another mistake that would cause my back to go back to square one. I bought this today as of this review, same day delivery and I got immediate relief upon setting this bad boy up. First time I've sat at my desk in years and it doesn't hurt - I feel like I can write again without the pain and discomfort causing me to lose much needed focus. I don't know how well or long this will hold up but 30 bucks for this immediate relief made this the best purchase I've done in ages. When I say immediate relief, I mean it. My lower back feels properly supported and my ass doesn't hurt like hell, and the pain radiating down to my legs quickly faded away. It is on the cheaper end so I'm not expecting this to last forever but its absolutely worth trying out to see if it helps you as well. This is also the first time I've bothered writing a review for a product before - that's how much this product impacted me just within the first few hours.

My back and butt is singing with joy. I have been sitting in a hard plastic chair for 3 months with my job moving around. I feel like I'm sitting in a recliner now. My legs and butt are no longer numb and the blood flow has been restored. I love that it's machine washable. The butt pad just grips to the chair. The back rest buckles in place. Your body will thank you!

This is money for us pancake butt challenged individuals!!!I went from having to stand up every 15 minutes to being able to sit for hours without pain or discomfort.
