The kids take these everyday for about 5 months and they haven't been sick lately. Last year they were sick most of the year and now that they are taking a vitamin they have been better in not getting sick and remind me to take it everyday same as mommies vitamins. They love the smell and taste of these vitamins it doesn't compare to Flintstone vitamins haha. I know elderberry is good for them in a tasty gummy it's great.
