I started CrossFit at the beginning of January. Before CrossFit, I had occasional knee pain, primarily during longer runs. I found that my knee pain became more noticeable, longer lasting and bit more severe after heavy lifting classes that featured movements like squats, deadlifts, thrusters, etc.I finally realized I needed to try to do something and I didn't want to stop the various lifting. Talked to several other members and they recommended I give knee sleeves a try. These have worked better than I ever expected. My knees definitely feel more "stable" and less painful during class. More importantly, they are much less painful in the days afterward. I should state that I have nothing to compare these to, but they are well constructed, fit great, are comfortable and do not limit my movements in any way.

The KNEESLEEVES!!!! WOW!!!! I love them! The 5mm I found too soft, and the 7mm I found too restraining. The Element26 6mm knee sleeves make a huge difference, are good for a more active workout, have good flexibility and allow me to move with ease. Also, they provide great support for weiglifthing they feel and fit great, I feel secure. I have had some Costa Rican brands, wored out to quick, I had Reband, wore them our too, the last pair I had I forgot the brnad but the neopren inside started to get a whole in the center of the patela. I hope the elemnt26 lasts longer than all the other ones. At this point, a bit over a month since I purchased them, I am giving them 10 out of 10.

I'm so glad I read the sizing and measured before ordering. I'm always so surprised at the sizing as I'm not that big and needed to grab a large. These are snug - the edges dig in a little, which I find slightly uncomfortable, but like the compression, so I'm going to keep them. They feel durable right now.

These knee sleeves are great! Nice and thick and conform to the knees. They go on easily and are firm and stable. they have helped immensely with my deadlift and squat.

really like the material and the feel. My knees were weak and felt wobbly. these appear to working ot provide the support i need.

UPDATE: 11/23/24:For easy install - turn inside out and upside down.Bring just below your knee and pull up from the bottom which turns them right side up. No need for baby powder. Ive been using them 3x a week for martial arts / knee drips & spins and sparring. Continues to offer great protection! Highly recommend.Measured my knee three times as instructed. When the knee sleeves arrived they were so tight i could not get them up. Sprinkled some baby powder on my knee area and they slipped right on. I am an Advanced martial artist and horse trainer Riding Instructor. Work all day on my feet carrying heavy saddles, heavy wheelbarrows, and buck hay. Weak knees due to past injury. These sleeves are perfect support for jump kicks, jumping off ranch equipment and did I mention I’m 61 years old.If you are looking for strong support these are perfect. If you are over weight, these are not for you due to the top and bottom band structures will cut off your circulation or be uncomfortable and even painful. These are strong support made for athletes.

Knees started getting tweaky. I'm 49. Decided to give these a go - even though I had to eat import taxes. These E26 knee sleeves kept popping up on "Best Knee Sleeves List" - I don't know if they're the best but I'm really happy with `em. I was sorta between sizes and sized em smaller (even though I'm a big guy) - and it's a perfect, snug fit.Made an immediate difference with my BB split-squats... felt much more stable. Was able to keep it all tight- and helped (I swear) me flex- and keep things actively stabilized.I am a new-user - and only been a few workouts. I cannot attest to longevity - though workmanship looks good, and I hope they last. Thanks E26! Nice product.
