Perfect size for a personal pizza; great taste if baked correctly
We have tried several different gluten free pizzas (pre-made crusts, mixes, home made, etc.) and these from New Grains are easily the best. Other pre-made crusts were crumbly, tasteless (or odd-tasting) and finicky to work with. The mixes and home made were similar, and usually very difficult to work with, sometimes resulting in a mess that could not be salvaged. The New Grains crusts have good flavor - if you bake them correctly - and are very easy to work with. They come three in a package, but we would prefer it to be four, which makes more sense to us. Shipping has been very quick; from the description, we expected them to take perhaps up to two weeks to ship, but we've received our different orders usually within 2-3 days. One tip on baking is to preheat the pan (we use a half-sheet pan, which fits 2 crusts) for at least 20 minutes (30+ is better), and to preheat/bake on the lowest oven rack. This allows the crust to get a jump start when baking and results in a nice, crisp crust and added flavor from the additional browning that occurs. We also bake the pizza from 18-20 minutes, longer than the package instructions to ensure that the crust is crisped and the toppings are thoroughly heated/cooked.The crusts also freeze quite well, and take little time to defrost; if in a hurry you can even bake from frozen, as the crusts are thin enough that it only adds 2-3 minutes to the total baking time. This was a great find, and we will continue to order these on a regular basis, usually 4 packages at a time.

Just average.
Not the greatest pizza crusts...easy to burn and sort of tough crust. Edible, but doesn't enhance the pizza at all.

Best GF pizza crust ever! Shipping a little questionable?
This is one of the best GF products as far as taste, healthy for you, and usefulness. It's a medium size, slightly larger than competitors. This is much, much more than a large cracker and cooks through better too. It's really tasty and that's even with the fact that it wasn't shipped with ice and arrived smelling strongly of yeast--as if it was supposed to be thawed only upon use, so I froze them immediately upon receipt. No instructions provided.Took several days to arrive (winter months) and I got the feeling it was uncooked, so that surprised me. I expected frozen. They freeze and thaw well. Best GF pizza crust ever!

Possible Botulism with bag blowing up like a tic
Waste of Money as i had to discard my last 2 orders...1st time, i did not refrigerate which was OK per directions....2nd time i refrigerated....did not last 1 week...Can't get in touch with company to educate them on this problem....I would want to know if a product I was selling has a problem..

Tasty
Tastes pretty good for a GF crust. Holds up well to toppings despite thinness. Just about right size for 2 (or 1 if ravenous).

Finally! Gluten free, vegan and delicious!
It is so hard to find a good pizza crust that is both gluten-free and vegan. Almost always, they use eggs in place of the gluten. Schar's has a decent pizza crust but it's not great, only tolerable. Rustic used to have a gluten free vegan crust that was delicious, but it fell apart into pieces before even being baked, and I can't find it anymore anyway. The Daiya frozen pizzas have a great crust, but I like making my own pizza exactly the way I want it. I put off buying these for a while because, with shipping, it can get a little pricey and I wasn't sure I would use all 6 before they expired, but I am so glad I finally ordered them. Yum, yum, yum! So much better than Schar's, it rises like a crust should, not a trace of gluten or eggs, and I used all 6 pretty quickly! One of my best finds of 2018. Really.

Kinda bitter after taste
The crust cooked up good. I was excited to find a gluten free crust as I have tried many over the years. But, this crust had a bitter after taste. I had high hopes. But, that's just me. I like Godfathers gf frozen gf free pizza out of all I've ever tasted. Go figure.

Great Product
I found this on Amazon by accident and figured I would give it a try. I am so glad that I tried it. It tastes good and has a nice texture for eating. No cardboard-like texture. The size is good for me for one meal (I like to eat.) . Next, I am going to try to work on usages for it besides the basic pizza. It is a very reasonable price and will be keeping a stock in my freezer.
