It’s our second machine , the first one broke after 2 years of using it EVERYDAY, it’s so easy to use , we love it , we used to own other brands but this is my favorite. and by the way customer support is great too.

*******DO NOT BUY THIS***********Buyer beware, 3 of these were DOA. There is a note when buying. "this is a highly returned product". Yeah, the idea is amazing. The concept is amazing. Just wish the product worked. I have had 2 of these and i would of tried a 3rd but there was no option to swap it out for a 3rd product. First one arrived, Charged for 12 hours. Never would turn on. Never would work. Set up exchange to get another. The second one actually worked, however it had a leak in the hose connection when not connected. So basically that means, you can fill it with water but any water you put in it, will leak out. I flooded the rear seats floorboard of my F250. 5 gallons of water leaked out soaking carpet, getting in to other things and ruined things left in the back seat due to the flood of water. I never noticed it leaking until it was too late. I had to pull the front seats out of my truck, put a fan in there for 48 hours, all while it was 24-30 degrees outside. What a f'ing mess this thing created. All i wanted was to have this charged up and to spray off my bike after a ride and maybe rinse off my legs and or cool off with some water. Great idea right? This thing is total trash. Please save yourself the headache and keep scolling and don't buy this. It is total garbage.

I have a small airplane but at the part of the airport where my hangar is there’s no place to connect a garden hose. There is a bathroom with a sink for filling my wash bucket. So on my way to the airport I buy 4 gallons of RO water at the water windmill. That’s just enough for rinsing the plane and no hard water spots. This would also work for rinsing cars or boats after a hand wash. Note that this is a low-pressure washer, not a substitute for a gas-powered pressure washer. I like the automatic motor cut-off when you close the spray nozzle. The built-in rechargeable battery provides more than enough juice to use the whole 4.5 gallon capacity. 100% satisfied with my purchase.

I was looking for something portable and that could stream some water with a little extra force. It's not a pressure washer, but it was strong enough to wash away debris and help in keeping my indoor hydroponic garden clean. I'm using it in the PVC tubing to clean away any algae growth, as well as routine cleaning of the piping. The hose is super long, and the water tank is generous! I love the portability and having a battery to keep me from having to find an outlet to use this. Some reviews mention that the hose leaks, and those reviews did give me pause, but I was glad that I ended up purchasing the washer. I had no issues with hose leaks, and maybe those that did, just simply did not push in the hose hard enough on those quick connects.

I have a good size balcony and love having plants. This thing is like having a hose sprayer, it rocks that way. I have not tried it as a pressure sprayer yet and have not used it enough to give accurate battery review but at first use, I love it. Tips - really check it out first, especially the bottoms battery part and where the on/off button is, it’s small and the directions suck. Also, attach the hose and then drop and turn the water compartment in after hose install otherwise the water pressure makes it not work.

Didn't work out of the box. Wouldn't work at all when connected to a power outlet. When it was removed from the outlet and had charged for 12+ hours it worked for 3 minutes at a time between charges. The pressure was like squeezing a water bottle at something. If you dislike your money, dislike yourself, dislike having free time, and want to squander your time, your money, and potentially want to cause yourself bodily harm given how shoddy this is constructed, then I highly recommend this for you. For anyone else, look at the Sun Joe 24V-X2-PW1200 model. It is significantly more expensive but it works perfectly. It's worth the difference.

It was good for cleaning my patio since having the tank was convenient. However, I only got to use it a few times until it stopped working. It also seems to consume a lot of battery.
