This is the 3rd heavy duty scale I bought for our store. The prior two were of different make and model. Both died within 1.5 years. Likely wires gotten loose or something. I did not feel like taking them apart to find out.So I took a chance with TUFFIOM scale. So far so good. It has been 2 years and it is still working perfectly. No sign of any wear. The only con is the short AC power cable. I had to use an extension cable. As a result, one of our workers tripped over the cable and torn the AC cable loose from the power adapter. I was able to open it and use a soldering iron to fix it in short order. But I contacted the seller to purchase another adapter. Just in case the adapter give up its ghost. Seller responded in a day and sent me a replacement without charge. Excellent customer service to boot. Highly recommended.

I weigh shrimp in large coolers and this scale handles it like a pro. Put the cooler on the scale zero it out, put the price in and dump the shrimp in. Very accurate, had the state come out and certify it.

bought this for my supermarket use. We have goods in boxes coming in everyday, and we need a good quality weight scale for daily uses to check on the weights on buying and selling. This is exactly what we been looking for. make of quality stainless steel material which will last long, conversion between kg and lb were easy to operate. very sturdy and well build. recommended for commercial use.

Solid scale, good real metal buttons. Memory function works but is not very intuitive. lb/kg indicator is small so it's easy to confuse lb/kg if not careful. M1 M2 button does not remember lb/kg.

I used these scales to weigh 50 lb bags of potatoes that I grew this year. Light that they were easy to use and not having to reset every time I wanted to use them like the ones I had in the past. great value for the money

The problem is the charger not included 😭

This scale stopped working after about a year. All of sudden the display light on the scale no longer worked even though the power was on. I tried contacting customer support and there is no number. I have been sending emails to customer service without response. Buyer beware especially from this seller.
