It's a great product. use it right after getting any bruising and it will help with swelling and pain. Will minimize bruising. I've been also using it for back pain massaging and it's perfect! doesn't dry out during a massage.

Cannot live without this. It has no odor & drys fast as you massage it in. Really helps hip pain. Many other uses also. Good buy & I use almost daily. Great company, great ingredients. I like the cream-havent tried gel yet but this really is good & easy to use.
