Easier to swallow, capsules are not that big, other brands send you horse pill that choke you when you swallow them

I have used Swansons vitamins for years, they are dependable and consistent quality. I have used the Vitamin c with rose hips as part of my immune support.

Inexpensive and effective
We have used these for a number of years and this has kept us mostly free of colds and flu. At 88 and 82, I and my wife are holding up quite well healthwise.

It works.
I take 2 capsules in the morning after I eat per Dr orders. Helps keep my vitamin C regulated. Only wish the capsules were smaller.
