Not usable
The transfer films they supply are cut too small to cover the two longest words, Hope and Family. If they had supplied a fifth transfer film you may be able to piece it together but they really should be able to cut the film just 2 inches longer (see attached image). I thought maybe the first one was just an error by whoever packages these, but the replacement was exactly the same.
