Holds a lot of stuff
It’s pretty, and it will hold lots of stuff. Use mine for extra work stuff that I don’t always need out on my desk but still want to keep near in my office. The price was really very reasonable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the odor that filled my office and spilled out into the hallway by day 2. I hadn’t noticed any odor when I was loading things into it on day one. It’s definitely noticeable, but it isn’t a horrible scent. I’m leaving the top open and will let it sit like that for a few days while I use another room for work. Definitely like it, though! Worth 5 stars.

Earthy Versatility
I love how the look and versatility of this piece, I live in a small apt without much storage at all so everything I buy is well considered and must should work to store as well. I bought this as a coffee table and keep blankets and other things inside. It adds a nice earthy feel to my living room and works as storage. Love it.

Beautiful storage basket but a little brittle
This is a really beautiful storage basket. The look and feel is beautiful and it holds a lot. We use it to store toys in the family room. Has a hinge on it so it stays propped open which is nice for the kids. My only complaint is that the material is very soft and brittle, it doesn’t take much to tear. My fingernail hit a part and broke a small piece off. Other than that I love it.UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 5 to 2 stars... even though I love this storage chest it is really fragile and breaks easily. I don’t see this holding up over time, I have had it for two weeks now and it has several parts where the material has broken off. I was also walking past it when my leg swiped the corner of it and a piece broke off and exposed a thin piece of metal that sliced my leg open.
