This is a good product and the quality seems near perfect. I have had a hard time finding this kind of sugar in stores other than Wilton which is too pricey for what you are getting.

I was looking for a crystalline sugar-like product, but this is solid white and not as pretty. You can't tell from the photos that it's a solid white.
